Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our garden studio.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
